As a HR Business Consultant, my duties invloves the following and other ad hoc duties that needs my attention.

1. Provide the full range of HR services to the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) teams, currently with a staff strength of 350+ employees.

2. Scope of work includes recruitment, management systems, managing employee benefits programs and services, conducting W2U sessions (orientation) and liaising with government agencies like MDEC and Immigration.

3. Provide consultation and support services to the business/line managers.

4. Part of the BPO projects transition team with a major focus on recruitment.

5. Duties as required by superiors from time to time and other ad hoc tasks.

My first recognition award on my second of year service. 

Next month mark my 3rd year of employment with Unisys. There are wonderful colleagues here and Unisys stress a lot on "Work Life Balance". I would say that I obtained job satisfaction and I look forward for years to come for me with Unisys.
